Born on the West Coast in
1935, Jack Peterson graduated from a Commercial
Art School Burnaby in 1960.
After visiting the Interior of B. C. in
the summers, Jack and his wife and babies
moved to Tatlayoko Lake, deep in the heart
of the Chilcotin Plateau.
Purchasing ranch property and logging
t
o survive, Jack also practiced his fine
art techniques in water colour, and actively
painted the wilderness beauty of where they
lived, and sold them from B.C. Art Stores
and galleries
The family moved North of Prince George,
B. C., in 1979, still ranching, and painting
to this day.
Jack hopes you appreciate his interpretation
of the Natural Beauty in which he lives
and works.
Mountains North.
